In-to-it as you may have guessed by now, is all about intuiting…

The reason for this overriding motif is that intuition as most of us intuitively know is vital to a healthy functioning life and psyche. Yet, our intuition needs to be nurtured and practiced. The more quality information and stimuli we open our bodies and minds to, the more aware and present we are with processing the patterns we perceive in learning, social interactions, or in our psycho-emotive states, and so the more our ability to intuit things well increases.

In short, at the heart of my teaching, training, and guiding is the idea that our intuition is always engaged and we are always cultivating our intuition the more we engage it: it’s a classic positive feedback loop. What's more, there is an overwhelming wealth of evidence in cognitive psychology, cognitive linguistics, and psycholinguistics that shows the role of intuition in learning and language acquisition. Yet, that very same intuition if correctly honed is what guides us through our own life and all its trials and tribulations. 

At the same time, “Let’s get into it” in English means getting down to business or diving into something without hesitation - it's a call to action. This takes the notion of intuiting and marries it to acting and praxis in the world.

It also invokes the spirit of embracing the deep need to set aside our egos and preconceptions, and push aside shame, letting go of false hopes, wishful thinking, and idealising, and embracing humility to do deep learning, or be guided deeply along the path that leads to integrating the self.
